President
Dinah Idan-Biney brings over 20 years of financial leadership to the table, with a career spanning public accounting, Fortune 500 finance, and executive roles across multiple sectors. She is a licensed CPA and CGMA, holds an MBA, and began her career in government consulting, tech, and global finance—including a role at JP Morgan that shaped her early understanding of financial systems, risk, and operations.
Dinah has served as Vice President of Finance and Controller for complex, nonprofit and membership-based organizations, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, audits, regulatory compliance, and core financial operations. Her experience spans regulated industries, trade associations, and publicly traded environments, where she led process standardization, systems implementation, and improvements to financial reporting and controls. She has managed audit firm selection and onboarding, redesigned budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with operational leaders, and driven efficiency improvements across accounting functions. This combination of cross-sector experience and progressive financial leadership underpins her work today as a strategic advisor to organizations navigating growth and operational complexity.

Inside the System
Before launching Bridgesource, Dinah Idan-Biney had been on the inside—working within organizations and relying on both internal teams and outsourced firms to manage critical accounting and financial functions. She set out to fix what she couldn’t unsee.
Gaps In Oversight
Dinah witnessed how poor communication and constant turnover from third-party accounting providers left critical gaps in financial oversight. Internally, she also saw accounting professionals take shortcuts and leaders who didn't always connect-day-to-day operations with the bigger financial picture.

More than once, she found herself explaining mistakes boards, reconciling missing details, and asking the harder questions no one else would.

Dinah, a seasoned accountant with over two decades of experience in finance business operations, founded Bridgesource to transform how organizations manage their finances.
